Privacy policy.
Pilates Flow ("we", "us") operates the website pilatesflowreformer.co.uk and the reformer studio at Kestrel Court, Waterwells Drive, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2 2AT. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Booking data. Bookings and payments are handled by TeamUp (goteamup.com). When you create an account or buy a class pack you share your name, contact details, payment information and any health information you choose to give us with TeamUp, under their privacy policy, and with us so we can run your classes safely.
- Correspondence. If you email us we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to reply and keep a record of our dealings with you.
- Website usage. This website does not set cookies of its own. If you choose to load the interactive map, Google may set cookies and collect usage data under the Google privacy policy. If we enable analytics, it only runs after you accept it in the cookie notice.
Why we use it
- To provide and manage your classes and class packs (performance of a contract).
- To keep you safe in class, including relevant health information you share (your explicit consent).
- To answer enquiries and keep business records (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the studio: TeamUp for bookings and payments, our email provider, and our accountants where required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking and payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Health information is kept while you are an active client and deleted within twelve months of your last visit. Enquiry emails are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email office@pilatesflow.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
